    Did you manage to talk to Helsana or contact them via the Online-Chat? I really hope you will find a way to renew the diagnose. Please keep us posted, if you like, as other users can also benefit from your experience.

    Dear Florence,
    Thank you for your comments. I spoke to my son about Helsana, but the same sticking point emerges, which is that he will not speak with or see a Doctor even online, such is his anxiety, so it is unfortunately a non-starter. I realise that this can be very frustrating, so at the moment, I am following up with Disability lawyers to find out what they can suggest. If you know of any Disability lawyers, who are willing to assist in some way, then I would be grateful to hear from you.

    I apologise as I hit the wrong button, so I will now continue:-
    As for Peer Group support, that is something I will possibly consider, so thank you for letting me know about it.
    I am afraid that there isn't a lot more that I can update you on, as I am still waiting for the lawyers to get back to me.

    Please note: I have a problem with accessing EnableMe, because each time I try to log in, I am told that my credentials are not recognised, so I have to change my password on every visit. Is there anything you can do to help me.
