When should you have Disability conversation with your partner?

Always, but in different ways and form. You see, people think inclusion only helps persons with disabilities but in reality inclusion is beneficial to everyone with or without disability in terms of knowledge, innovation and convenience. Eg a ramp is helpful to expectant women, the aged, and those who carry heavy luggage across somewhere not so smooth or flat. Do those people always have a disability? No.

Brand loyalty is something that marketers yearn for and don't know how to go about it. Just imagine if a company was more empathetic to persons with disabilities more so in their customer service. Wouldn't they get the loyalty because the persons with disabilities will definitely recommend their friends to the company?

And so with a partner, the discussion shouldn't stop even if its happening in a subtle way.

That's very true, it means we've been put in a social construction making us not enjoy the benefits as the rest of the pack.
