your question is really good and as you can see the answer is not really easy, although inclusion is in all kinds of publications. Nevertheless, I'll give it a try:
Inclusion assumes that a person concerned is outside a group / society and wants to belong to this group with support. (A fellow human being who is dependent on a wheelchair must first be lifted into the train with the help of a lift in order to be able to ride).
Inclusion means the basic possibility of acceptance by society for people with disabilities (in our example, the basic low-threshold possibility of getting on and off the train).
In the case of technical aids, the difference must be clearly shown. In the areas of participation in working life or social life it is more difficult, because here it is about the hurdles in people's minds. So how developed is our regular school and the general labor market, for example.
Nevertheless, a lot of change happens through good examples and courage to approach inclusive solutions.

if integration (inclusion) is successful, then there is a normal situation that can be called inclusion.
I would call integration a precursor to inclusion. (path and goal)
Hello @Valuable_Discussions_EnableMe Thinking about integration and inclusion and using a school setup. Integration will mean learners with disabilities are absorbed in the mainstream schooling system. This means that the learners will have to change to fit the system.
Inclusion will mean that the school system is set up in such a way that it will accommodate all learners with and without disabilities without having learners with disabilities change to fit to the system
