I was reading a few articles on mental wellness and I found that there are some activities that boost wellness. My personal favorite, which is something I frequently do is being in nature and I also recently got a pet. Both this activities boost my serotonin levels. What are some of the things that you do to help keep your mental health in check?
Music and napping.
Movies for me takes everything away. You explore new world.
Walking, games and music, all of which I do on a daily basis. It's in me, its my way of life. I change my playlist too with time so that it always remains fresh vibes to avoid boredom cause of repetition. Some spontaneity always spices everything.🥰
