Every year 703 000 people take their own life and there are many more people who attempt suicide and Every 40 seconds someone loses their life globally as a result of suicide. Consider this huge number and ask yourself what is it that you can do to #Endsuicide.

This very true. Also change in sleeping patterns, too much or too little

Wow, this one is difficult. As we approach the suicide prevention awareness month, this is top on my mind. @BKiwu your thoughts on this?

@Faith_EnableMe @UDPK criminalising suicide has made the situation worse since it prevents victims who may be experiencing suicide thoughts from speaking out. Lukoye Atwoli has spoken against criminalising suicide because it becomes a different story from mental health and wellness to a story touching on the criminal justice system.

Suicide should be decriminalised and provide a safe space for those having such thoughts to speak out freely.
