Potential biases by employers

How can Persons with disabilities address and overcome potential biases or misconceptions that employers may have?

To overcome and address a bias is hard but not impossible. This is because biases are sometimes deeply rooted in the mind that sometimes people don't pay attention to the biases they hold. In the case of an employer, I believe the CV should do the talking especially in the achievements section. Blow your own trumpet when you can, otherwise nobody will. When you get the job, work to your level best. Over time, their attitude will change and your output at work will speak for itself.
