How can businesses overcome stereotypes and misconceptions about the capabilities and contributions of persons with disabilities in the entrepreneurial world?
Giving people chances. It could be by giving them a shot at something or just getting to hear them out. As a pwd, we don't do well in first image and because most times people tend to be biased as they look at the outward qualities they don't really get a chance to know someone. Getting to know people or hearing from their perspectives gives you a chance to actually know someones potential. This in turn helps break the misconceptions cause misconceptions are basically just biased peoples opinions.
I agree with @MikkiTarz A very valid point
