Good afternoon team? what are some of the best means to keep fit outdoors without mingling in crowds?
I love doing yoga. I just search for yoga sessions online and do them at home.
Im worried that alot of recreational facilities are now closed and inhibits my chances of remaining fit. Currently I prefer taking long evening walks and lifting 5liter(filled) jerrican as much I can. It helps but I prefer going to the gym. I hope normalcy will come
