Research and development (R&D).
This is where the company invests in improving or simply generation of new ideas. Persons with Disability can benefit from this from their ideas being brought to life in the process creating a ripple effect that minimizes poverty. I remember a certain article you said, for person's with disability it might be a need but for other people it will be comfort.
Therefore if companies invest in persons with disability it will really push their products and productivity.
