As PWD's our requirements are double of what an ordinary working class employee would need to make a successful employee.
Sensitisation is required and alot of awareness raising within the company and amongst other employees to ensure it is accommodative enough for us Atypical individuals.
The duties given to the employees should be suitable according to the skills that the employee has, that will allow the employer to place them in a department that requires such skills.
That employee I believe at the end of the day will have contributed to the growth of the company because the skill does apply to the requirements of the company, if the company is indeed accommodative for PWD's.
