If we already having a thing, I'll know she loves me despite having a disability with how she reacts to certain things. You'll find that every time you try to ask her about why she loves you while you disabled, she simply says "Why wouldn't I while you've been great to me. I don't see you as any different." She'd even prefer being seen out with you cause she doesn't mind.
If we yet to be a thing, I'll know she loves me despite my disability if she asks about me, asks about my health, takes time to come see me, asks about my plans and takes pictures with me. But the best way would be asking her how she feels, if she loves you she'll let you know.
