WHAT SHOULD THE GOVERNEMNT DO TO ENHANCE ENROLLMENT AND RETENTION OF LEARNERS WITH DISABILITIES IN BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LEARNING INSTITUTIONS??
I believe everyone would wish to learn from an environment which is accessible from the word go. existing institutions should focus on improving this as a way to remove barriers and in doing so learners will feel included
