Of course. Disability can affect a business positively or negatively. Positively in the sense that some disabilities have a strength beyond the disability itself and it can be helpful to the business. Daymond John, founder of FUBU, has dyslexia but is very good at math. And we all know business is about numbers and numbers tell a story.
The negativity of a disability in business is mostly in terms of access and having to find a new way of doing things in something that seems ordinary. Eg you can't do engineering if you have problem with your hands. This means for an idea to come to life, you are at the mercy of someone else which will slow your entrepreneurial journey.
