The other day was at a bus pick up point when I walked to this fine lady. She was in a group and I was as well with my friends. She was chocolate and dressed smart, probably from office.
We gazed at each other for a few seconds and simultaneously looked aside to avoid the awkward moment. A lot of thoughts running in mind if I should really approach her and say something. I looked back again only to see her laughing with the friends and locking eyes.
Within a split of a second, a bus came and she came pasted me and said a Hello and boarded the bus.
She gave a last glance and the bus took off.
To this moment, I don't understand if it was love at first sight, was she just staring my uniqueness or she basically has a warm personality.
haha what a funny encounter. For myself I don't believe in love at first sight. I like to go beyond the surface to see if the lady is just being nice or I have ticked her boxes as a potential partner in her friendship or relationship journey. The disadvantage is that you don't notice when the lady is shooting her shot and that's how you end up being single for a long time to come. 🤣
Being that I'm a sucker for love, I'd definitely say yes I believe in love at first sight. The ordeal you've narrated has ever happened to me. It's a great feeling. You get home wondering if you should have said something and hope that you get to cross paths again. Though crossing paths seems hard, but when you do the same de ja vu feeling will come all over again. I hope you do cross paths and if you do please let us know if you made a move.
