Dealing with negative feelings.

Hello friends? How do you deal with negative feelings when one makes you feel like you are an impediment in their lives, yet you can't move away from that person?

The person may be meaning well but from their actions, you can see you are a bother to them. How do you deal with the feelings that make you feel like you are a burden to someone? Especially because of a disability?

First I can only imagine how much you are feeling towards your significant others and how they treat you.

However, one thing you must realise is that it's ok not to be ok.

Oftenly, no single person is responsible for how the other is supposed to be feel,think and behave.

When someone acts mean to you,allow them to feel that way . They might be undergoing tough issues and they unconsciously project it to you. It is also wise to have boundaries clearly stated between all of you and when you think you are not ready to speak, take time . After settling down, you may tell the other person how you feel about how they are treating you.. Have that discussion when ready and you should also pre-examine the consequences
