I'm reaching out for help and advice. I am Deaf and have experience working with CNC machines in Poland. The reason I left Poland was that there was no government support for sign language interpreters, and I couldn't afford one myself. I'm now trying to find a job in Switzerland, but I'm facing challenges.
The job listings I've come across often require proficiency in spoken German or English, French etc. and I cannot speak (spoken) these languages. I feel discriminated against due to my Deafness and it's disheartening.
If anyone has any advice or knows of opportunities that could work for someone in my situation, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you
