From my interactions with persons with disability, they're very fun people to be around. They have an aura about them that just radiates around anyplace that they are. This are the people that are social, talk to everyone and eager to work. When they fail to show up to work due to one reason or the other, they're missed. That shows what kind of impact they have. At times they're the brains behind great ideas but maybe because they're shy to come out they don't take credit for it. They're people who can easily take input and feedback and not feel hurt because they've been through much already to get where they're at. This shows just how being of sound character gets you respected, loved, treasured and certainly doors open for you because everyone wants to associate with greatness.
That's very true, on top of the list remarkable achievers. They put their focus on completing a task.
