Yes it can. For instance, if the disability is so severe that it prevents you for going out and seeking love, then you'll never find the love of your life. That's where sex surrogates come in, in some countries. Overprotectionism and infantilization may also play a part in this, in that parents and guardians may protect one from the outside world, and minimize the chances of one finding true love. The cause of the overprotectionism is disability so yes, disability can cause you to never find the love of your life.
Infantilization can also contribute because one is not viewed on an equal pedestal or given an equal chance to actively seek love.
Mmmmm, It's a tricky topic for most because I believe each and every one of us experiences loves differently.
