All work and no play

Hard working individuals have always been considered the ideal people to interact with. Since they're deemed focus, and motivated to push on for what they set out for. With time, the phrase changed to working smart, but it still follows the very rules of hardworking. Cause most people who coin this word work smart, started of by working hard. After they found a good base, they shifted to working smart since their were things they could easily leverage on and still get a living.

It's said, that it's only a lazy man that loves sleep. This is because the higher you climb in the money and power ladder, the less one wants to sleep since they're busy making money. While the opposite is also true, for some of the rich people sleep in more because even when they're asleep they still make money. This is because they've got people doing things for them. That's why with money comes convenience of dictating your own schedules and so on. The drive to always work and be better made the phrase all work and no play gain meaning.

For persons with disability, when we do get into jobs we instantly over commit ourselves to it. This is because, from a young age we've taught ourselves some fine lines of discipline which involves always doing our best to avoid any sort of bad word our way. For instead of it being said that we are lazy, someone will want to add that we are lazy because of our disability. So to prevent them from alluding to this sad bit, we always try and over deliver. That's why you'd find a person's with disability coming in early even before others, taking the shortest time for breaks and always asking more questions to gain clarity so as to deliver the very best. In turn, the persons with disability are so in tuned with work that they have minimal interactions with people and if they do, the talk is all about work.

While it's important to work, there needs to a good balance of work and rest. That's why companies are coming up with more ways of making organizations feel "homy". Since a relaxed mind can deliver more than a stressed one. A conducive environment has a way of even strengthening the bond between the workers hence a good flow of work and teamwork.

That's true, for PwD, we're brought up by all these attention which not only looks at how you manage with the disability also how you perform your role

This whole thing speaks to the issue of having a healthy work life balance. Sometimes persons with disabilities overwork themselves and forget there's life after 5 pm. That's why in official work contracts, there are leave days, a subtle way of telling you the organization can go on without you.😂😂😄 Take it easy😄

Very true, it get's to be like an added challenge every single time.
