How do we protect our neurodiverse kids from becoming bullies?

As special needs parents especially to kids with neurodiverse conditions, we tent to protect them so much even when they are on the wrong to a point the begin to think they can do anything and get away with it as they get older. This can lead to them harrowing their younger sublingual or kids around because they will hear their parents defend their action because of their condition. Having said that how do we protect them from becoming bullies? How do we trach them right and wrong?
