This young adilts are being enabled to pursue their skills in order to be self dependent by earning a living by working. We need more organisations to help those who have disabilities with more and better-quality opportunities to participate, thrive, and advance the enormous untapped potential to grow and reshape the country and making sure that equity and inclusion are part of the process from the start. And in the process many more employers could look this young adults  with disabilities as a powerful source of talent.
