Most persons with disability use crutches and wheelchairs as means of mobility, how was your experience in terms of washing hands and still going back to touch the wheelchair, crutches or white can to move?

I face this challenge every day. For myself I sanitize when handling food items and do greetings with a clenched fist. I had thought of using gloves but gloves sometimes affect grip when pushing the wheelchair, in addition to the other challenge of sweating hands. Its always a trade off.
