Recreational activities of people with disabilities should help them socialize with others. In many cases, they do not have opportunities to communicate with others, and this problem should be addressed.

I think in such a situation, technology does the trick..If you find yourself in a situation you can't communicate with someone because of disability eg deaf, written communication should do. For vision impairment or low vision, communicating slowly should help..

Its hard to find a fit for all solution but there's always a way out.
