    For all types of inflammation, animal products are not so good, including eggs and milk. What is good, however, is fish, especially salmon. Salmon and tuna contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are good. As you said, reduce the amount of pork you eat. I don't know about wine. You can eat poultry in moderation, cheese too. Offal like liver etc. is also not the best for inflammation. In general, reduce meat, fish is fine.
