Type 2 diabetes: the most common type in the diabetes category. It is a metabolic disorder that results to hyperglycemia(high blood pressure);a situation whereby the body is unable to use the glucose it has produced. when this occurs the body becomes insulin resistant, meaning the body is not able able to metabolize glucose and the reason to avoid dietary sugar.
