Sie sind fuer Eigenkraftprothesen geeignet, dh. funktionieren via Kabelzug. Ich bin mit meiner sehr zufrieden, schlage damit auch Eier auf, manipuliere elektronische Geraete, usw. aber es geht nicht alles, Besteck festhalten ist etwas schwierig, und beim Pizza von Hand reinschieben verdreckt sie, und man hat Reinigungsaufwand.

Elektrische Becker-Haende gibt es (noch) nicht, aber das koennte sich aendern. Wie gut das wird, bleibt abzuwarten - denn der Vorteil der Beckerhand ist natuerlich die *Kombination* des erstaunlich starken Federzugs mit einzeln geschalteten Fingern und somit einem adaptiven Griff bei gleichzeitig fein kontrollierbarem Kabelzug. Wie immer geht probieren ueber studieren.

Die Becker-Hand ist hierzulande nicht bekannt und eignet sich daher eher fuer technisch interessierte Orthopaeditechniker oder Leute, die ihre Ausruestung wie ich zu einem grossen Teil selbst zusammenstellen. In diese Situation wachsen nicht alle Leute rein, viele bevorzugen es, wenn der Orthopaedietechniker alles fuer sie entscheidet und erledigt und das ist auch eine Art Lebensqualitaet.

Daher ist es am ratsamsten, Du wendest Dich erstmal an Euren Orthopaeden und fragst, was fuer Teile und welche Ausruestung der so empfiehlt.
