I have a manual wheelchair which is not suitable for my terrain and would like to upgrade / customize what I have to meet my needs. My terrain is very rough.

I know of Association for the physically Disabled of Kenya, APDK. They have a fully operational workshop where they can customize your wheelchair to suit your needs.
