Почуття - унікальна сигнальна система, яка повідомляє про те, що відбувається у просторі.

Як погода…коли вона змінюється, наші почуття також змінюються.

Щоб зрозуміти коли простір стає інакшим - потрібно навчитися «Відчувати»

  • почуття дають орієнтир
  • почуття допомагають зрозуміти як були порушені кордони
  • почуття допомагають зрозуміти як змінився простір
  • почуття допомагають знайти потребу


Почуття допомагають помітити, що погода всередині кожного змінилася.


*Кожне почуття несе в собі знання. Відмовишся від знань - перестанеш розуміти чого хочеш і куди рухатися. У кожному переживанні є потреба та контекст.

Наприклад «Сум» - природна реакція на втрату (предмета, людини або стосунків). Сум є важливою частиною відмови від того, до чого ви були прив'язані.


Тому пропоную вам зазирнути у свій сум.
