how to relieve ourself from the stress?

My suggesstion for getting relieved from stress is to focus on the work/divert your focus to your personal traits and eliminate the unnecessary stress.


  • When I get stressed I find put on some good music, plonk myself on the bean bag in my balcony and look at the trees, the birds and the sky outside. This usually calms me down.

  • Ashvagandha also called as indian Gin Seng can reduce your stress levels

  • I find that mediation also helps a lot! Taking just 30 minutes out of my daily life and using that time to check in with myself and slow down makes a positive impact on me and my work. I love for this.
