The purpose of TheALI Leadership Forum, denoted as #TheALILF2023, is to observe the International Day of the Girl Child.

The theme of the Leadership Forum is "Black Girl, Your Dreams are Valid."

Attendees will have the chance to acquire valuable skills that will contribute to their personal and career advancement. They'll also have the opportunity to connect with African women across diverse professional fields from both Africa and the Diaspora.

The event will take place in a hybrid format, hosted at the University of Pretoria in South Africa and also accessible through the Zoom Online Platform. Admission is free for those selected to attend.
