Should assistive devices be introduced in school for slow learner (PWD) to aid them in doing their exams better and to beat the time given for each subject?

Yes...For instance, laptops are being introduced in schools for those with Cerebral palsy because the condition sometimes affects their handwriting. Its also a good way to introduce persons with disabilities to technology for them to make use of opportunities in technology.

Alternatively, exam methods could be changed, to last a few days rather than just 2 hrs.

I agree with you Brian. Devices such a a c pen would be ideal for someone who takes longer to read and understand the question or perhaps longer time is given for the PWD for the exam time.
