    Am not very physically active but I cut on diet intake as a way of checking on weight for the mean time

    I think I'm also going for this. Because due to my recent challenges and bleeds into my joints, I want to slow it down on physical fitness. So I decided to do some form of fasting, plus half my portions of food and it's working. Once my health is under control with fewer joint bleeds, press ups and situps are a good start for fitness.
