If they are doing it to streamline the process to be faster and efficient, then I support it...But if it was done for other reasons, then sensitization ought to have been done beforehand to explore other ways of cushioning persons with disabilities from the financial burden that is taxes, yet we are the biggest group of the population that is economically disadvantaged.
