Is it really Okay not to be okay?

We Advocate for our community but sometimes we just have to wear the "I HAVE TO BE STRONG" Mask.

Living a life that only few can relate but many find it as an excuse.

Being socially awkward is a Shame, the acceptance we fight for just to be the rest in society.

I personally face a lot to do with identity crisis. It's as if I get entrapped in my own world. Knowing that, I'm mildly Autistic most people deny that I am because my traits aren't as pronounced.

Safe spaces do help such as this one right here but sometimes being strong hurts and burnouts start. It may even take a week or a Month to get back to my "Normal" self. Do you think it's not okay not to be okay?

I find its okay to just disconnect recharge and restart. Step away and just relax instead of holding on and getting hurt in the process. Its also a way of rethinking how we do things, rebuilding ourselves after a struggle with something.

Yes it, life is basically not a straight line off all good, sometimes there are bad days. Some can go for long periods while some are short.

So yes, it's okay not to be okay.

It's good or rather normal to not be ok. Thats the time you need a mental break to re energise and recharge otherwise one will have a burnout which may lead to depression or mental health.
