Mental Health is a common topic nowadays. From a pwd perspective, how is your mental health ??
I think and feel my mental health over quite a long period has been consistently good.
I have not been feeling low either, although sometimes I struggle with expectations. I don't like to give up or try to even think about it and I feel it affects me when something becomes difficult and I can't let go.

It's good to read that your mental wellbeing has been good. Talking about your mental health is a great deal because you're actually creating a safe environment for others to be able to share about their experiences as well. About not giving up, it's a good thing also letting yourself get the thoughts of giving up intrude can adversely and subtly affect your mental wellbeing. Let yourself be vulnerable enough to feel and learn something from the inside out. We learn from our failures and we can build a stronger foundation for a fresh start after retrospective self analysis. It'll take alot of positivity and open mindedness to achieve this self awareness. I trust my response is of some help.

My mental health has been great too. I take regular breaks and find a way to relax and recharge. For expectations, I make sure I allow myself to give thought to failure to avoid the pressure of having to succeed at all costs. I also keep my expectations in check and even though they are sometimes not met, I appreciate the effort behind an undertaking. That way, there is something to look forward to every day in life.
