What do you think should be the future of interviews among the autistic community?

When it comes to autism interviews for jobs and other opportunities can be very difficult. Nonetheless, I believe for people with autism interviews can be more of to show rather than tell what they can do since the reality are that interviews can be a barrier.
People with autism moreover tend to have very high analytical skills. This is a vision that can be tapped into and definitely visions give resources as long as there is goodwill.

This is nice. For someone like me I guess the closest interaction I've had with autistic people is through the screen while watching Good Doctor.
