It is Winter in Kenya, the weather is getting colder, how are you keeping warm & healthy?

People with physical and neurodiversity impairments experience alot of difficulties during this cold season. For some, walking becomes a difficultly, bones and muscles become stiffer and functional movement becomes harder and others interacting / social activities are less engaging. Some people with disabilities are more vulnerable to illnesses - infections, colds & flus, and more.

Notably I cannot afford to get unwell, thus i ensure i am dressed up, layering is the trick. eating healthy- eating my fruits and vegetables, sipping on warm/hot water and keep moving/stretching are some of my techniques.
